Couples who receive the devastating news that one of them is terminally ill often long to get married. This was so for my daughter and her boyfriend when she was given her news in 2001. We had 3 weeks to plan a dream wedding in London. I had absolutely no wedding contacts and as Rachel wanted to choose everything herself from home it was a daunting task.
